Dr. Carl W O'Hara- Chiropractic Care - Clarks Summit

	Dr. O'Hara is a native of Clarks Summit, Pa, He is a graduate of Keystone College and Indiana University of Pennsylvania where he received a B.S. degree in Respiratory Therapy. After working for several years in the hospital setting, Dr. O'Hara developed the desire to further his education in a more holistic healing discipline. This lead him to pursue a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, He graduated from Palmer College in 1983 and has been in private practice since in Forest City and Clarks Summit, Pa Since graduation Dr. O'Hara has attended numerous continuing education sessions in an effort to keep current on the latest trends in chiropractic care. The office is staffed by Dr. O'Hara and his wife, Maureen, who is also a Registered Nurse.

We obtain a history of the presenting complaint as well as any significant current or past health problems. The patient meets with Dr. O'Hara to discuss and further investigate their history. Dr. O'Hara will then perform a chiropractic/orthopedic exam and determine if any further testing is indicated. Once all the pertinent information is
gathered a working diagnosis is determined. The findings are discussed with the patient and treatment recommendations are made. Typically, if no further testing at an outside facility is deemed necessary, treatment is undertaken.
